This role is ideal for someone who can execute across platforms, build compelling and creative content, and use analytics to drive continuous improvement. You will be responsible for scaling brand awareness, improving conversion rates, and deepening customer engagement while ensuring all marketing efforts are compliant with FDA & FTC regulations . This is a high-impact, full-stack marketing role where you will work directly with the CEO , own marketing strategy and execution, and play a critical role in the company’s next phase of growth. Primary Role Objectives: Drive paid ad performance – Optimize Google, Meta, and TikTok ad spend, creative, and targeting Create SEO-driven content – Build a library of blogs and educational content that ranks and converts️️️ Develop and manage Klaviyo automations – Improve lifecycle marketing via segmentation and flows️ Produce weekly newsletters – Deliver engaging, compliant email content with high open and click rates️ Rebuild our social media strategy – Create and manage organic social content across key platforms Success Scorecard for the role: Optimize paid ad performance across Google (Search, Shopping, pMax), Meta, and TikTok Shop (reduce CPC and ACOS, increase ROI) Design high-performing creative that “stops the scroll” and supports A/B testing strategies Develop high-ranking SEO blog content across multiple websites that attracts and converts (20+ articles / month) Build and optimize automated Klaviyo flows for welcome, post-purchase, and abandoned cart series Design and write weekly newsletters to drive open and click-through rates with engaging content and promotions Overhaul our social media strategy with consistent, compliant content and high-engagement form Regular Role Activities: 1. Paid Advertising Management (30%) Create and manage Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns Build scroll-stopping ad creatives and test hooks, headlines, and CTAs Optimize campaigns for ACOS, CPC, CTR, and ROAS 2. SEO Content Marketing (25%) Develop and publish SEO-optimized blog content across multiple web properties Conduct keyword research and content gap analysis Write educational articles that attract, engage, and convert visitors Create and optimize automated flows: welcome, post-purchase, abandoned cart, win-back Segment audiences and build lifecycle campaigns Track performance and optimize based on open/click/conversion rates 4. Weekly Newsletter Execution (15%) Design and write branded weekly emails featuring educational content, offers, and promotions A/B test subject lines, content formats, and calls-to-action Monitor and improve open and click-through rates Create compliant content for IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook Plan and schedule posts using a content calendar Monitor performance and iterate based on engagement Key Skills: Advertising Platforms: Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads Content Marketing: SEO, blog writing (Shopify, Squarespace), keyword research (SEM Rush), topical authority Creative Tools: Canva (ads, email graphics, blog visuals) Web Tools: Shopify, Squarespace, ChatGPT, Google Analytics Social Media: Organic strategy, scheduling, compliance for supplements What Success Looks Like: Lower CPC and ACOS , higher ROAS and CTR across paid channels Top-ranking blog content that brings in organic traffic and conversions Klaviyo flows increase LTV and reduce churn via segmented automation Weekly newsletters boost engagement , click-through, and promotion performance Organic social presence grows , all content remains compliant and high quality Tools: Shopify Squarespace ChatGPT / DeepSeek / Claude Meta Ads / Business Center TikTok Shop / TikTok Ads / TikTok Business Center Microsoft 365 (Office products + Teams) People Contacts and Interactions: CEO – Weekly meetings to align strategy & execution. Influencers & Affiliates – Recruiting, onboarding, and tracking performance. Agencies & Vendors – As needed for ad management, design, or marketplace support. Mandatory Meetings: 1 hour weekly strategy check-in with CEO (L-10 format from EOS). Bi-weekly ad performance reviews. Monthly affiliate & influencer performance check-ins.
