**Financial Analyst** Location: Fully remote in Colombia (South America) **About Us**: BGB Group is a healthcare communications agency that offers a wide range of services, including traditional pharmaceutical advertising, promotional medical education, payer marketing, and consulting services. Known for excellence and professionalism, we're hired as strategic and creative partners by our biopharmaceutical clients to drive category/brand awareness and growth. **Position Overview**: The financial analyst will support reporting and analysis to improve BGB's operations. This role will conduct variance analysis, create financial models, and drive the company's reporting processes. The financial analyst will report to the director of financial planning and analysis. This role is fully remote and based in Colombia. **Role Responsibilities**: - Assist with the monthly reporting and analysis of financial performance - Lead the weekly flash reporting of the company's financial results - Track company revenue and metrics across business type, client type, geography, and other metrics - Monitor and analyze the company's working capital trends - Drive procurement efforts across the company - Support the company's annual budgeting process - Work on ad-hoc financial analysis **Preferred Qualifications**: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role - Bachelor's Degree required - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication - Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Working knowledge of GAAP **Base Salary**: 7M COP - 9M COP per month The salary range provided represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB.
