If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you About the Role This is your chance to join our dynamic Latin America Talent Acquisition Team As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in recruiting top talent for our Commercial operations and the support areas while serving as the primary point of contact for senior business leaders in our Bogotá, Colombia office. Key Responsibilities · Strategic Talent Advisor: Forge strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations using your deep technical knowledge, market expertise, and robust network. · Business Alignment: Understand the strategic direction and workforce planning needs to develop and execute effective talent strategies. · Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends and market changes to ensure we attract and retain top talent. · Agile Recruiting: Promote agile thinking and iterative recruiting approaches to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. · End-to-End Process Management: Lead the entire recruiting process, leveraging new technologies to ensure seamless and positive candidate experience. · Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize business data and operational metrics to recommend diverse candidate pools and "sell" the company to both passive and active talent. · Digital Sourcing: Implement sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines through both internal and external digital platforms. Qualifications What We're Looking For · Learning Agility: A strong ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. · Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Portuguese is preferred. · Technology Savvy: Proficiency in leveraging AI and other technological advancements to enhance recruitment efficiency. · Experience: At least 4 years of experience in recruitment. · Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, customer service, and organizational skills, along with strong analytical abilities to translate data into actionable insights. · Education: A bachelor's degree is required.
