Business Process Analyst Business process analysts are responsible for analyzing and improving the way a company does business. They look at everything from customer service to supply chain management, and they work with senior leadership to identify areas where improvements can be made. Business process analysts may also help implement these changes by creating new processes or procedures that employees can follow moving forward.
