Morgan Liquidity Solutions & Account Solutions **(L&AS;) helps clients access new markets by structuring accounts and optimizing the amount of liquidity needed to run their businesses. L&AS; provides advanced solutions which combine virtual accounts, cash concentration structures and short term investments for our clients to achieve efficiency, visibility and control of working capital. Our product set operates globally to support complex companies as they manage liquidity across legal entities, geographies, currencies and time zones. **Position**: Vice President position accountable to coordinate Liquidity and Account Solutions functions for Colombia, Argentina and ACAC (Andean, Chile, Central America and Caribbean), onshore and offshore business. This role reports directly to the Latam Liquidity and Account Solutions Lead. This individual is responsible for managing client deposits, product discovery and expansion, client product adoption and growing revenue/profit. The target client segments include Multi-national corporations, Local large corporates, High-growth technology companies, Non-bank financial institutions, Central banks and Banks. Line of business support includes the Corporate Investment Bank. **Responsibilities include**: **Business Development. **Develop strategic plans to grow the L&AS; business in Colombia, Chile, Argentina and ACAC in partnership with country and regional teams. Leverage depth of understanding of local regulatory environment, market trends, evolving client needs and competitive landscape to drive our L&AS; strategy. Identify opportunities for product innovation and deliver in partnership with Product Development. Create campaigns to commercialize new and existing L&AS; solutions. Partner with the Global Corporate Bank, Treasury Services Sales and across the J.P. Morgan Payment's business areas to deliver against the strategy. **Product Management. **Adapt product offering to changing internal and external market / regulatory factors to achieve current and outer year's financial plans. Develop a country product roadmap in partnership with the regional product owners and tech partners. Work with Legal, Risk and Compliance to document all product risk profiles and assumptions. Ensure risk profiles are monitored and revalidated. Partner with Technology, Operations, Client Service and Implementations to improve Ease of Doing Business and grow client adoption of LS solutions. **Risk Management**. Ensure a detailed understanding of the risk attributes of applicable products and segments, as well as employ sound judgment & behaviors. Understand regulations and develop approach for responding, as needed. Actively identify, manage, and remediate any Risk issues - reinforce team culture of compliance and risk ownership. Work with partners to ensure controls are in place to minimize errors and breaks in the operational process. Embrace an end-to-end focus on controls as a part of established business strategy. **Skills and Experience - Extensive relevant industry experience in Liquidity and Cash Management Products. - Strong knowledge on the transactional banking and regulatory environment for Latin America, more specifically in the Andean and South regions. - Professional with deep knowledge of LATAM Clients, markets and local regulations. - Strategic mindset with ability to anticipate, garner buy-in and execute on opportunities. - Strong commercial discipline, with track record of making commercially viable business decisions. - Excellent communication and relationship management skills required, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management across J.P.
