Responsabilidades Principales • Desarrollo de Clientes: Identificar y gestionar una cartera de operadores gastronómicos, impulsando el crecimiento del negocio a través de estrategias de fidelización y recompra. • Gestión de Sell-Out: Asegurar la rotación de productos en los puntos de venta mediante activaciones, asesoría y desarrollo de soluciones gastronómicas para los clientes. • Estrategia de Penetración y Numérica: Aumentar la presencia de UFS en el mercado mediante la apertura de nuevos clientes y la optimización del mix de productos en la operación de cada negocio. • Consultoría Gastronómica: Brindar asesoramiento a clientes sobre soluciones culinarias innovadoras, optimización de costos y tendencias de la industria. • Negociación y Ventas: Desarrollar estrategias comerciales para incrementar la rentabilidad del portafolio de UFS, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta. • Capacitación y Acompañamiento: Trabajar de la mano con el equipo de Business Chefs y Trade Marketing para fortalecer el conocimiento del portafolio en los clientes. Requisitos • Formación: Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Gastronomía, Mercadeo, Ingeniería de Alimentos o áreas afines. • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en ventas B2B, idealmente en el sector food service, distribuidores de alimentos, hoteles, restaurantes o consumo masivo. • Habilidades comerciales: Sólida experiencia en ventas consultivas, desarrollo de clientes y negociación. • Conocimiento del sector: Deseable experiencia en el mercado gastronómico y en la aplicación de productos en cocinas profesionales. • Movilidad: Disponibilidad para desplazamientos dentro del territorio asignado. • Manejo de herramientas digitales: CRM, análisis de datos de ventas y herramientas comerciales.
