Job Title We are seeking an experienced Site Engineering professional to join our team. As a key member of the project site team, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing on-site construction activities with precision and speed. About the Role This is a senior role that involves coordinating with project teams, managing materials and documentation, inspecting work progress, resolving technical issues, and supporting project handover processes. - Ensure site works comply with contract specs, quality, and safety standards. - Prepare material submittals and track approvals. - Develop method statements and risk assessments. - Monitor procurement schedules and follow up on deliveries. - Control approved drawings and as-built documentation. - Inspect works, raise inspection requests, and coordinate with site teams. - Report progress, delays, and site issues to senior management. - Support testing, commissioning, and project close-out documentation. Requirements To succeed in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in project site engineering, preferably within construction or data center solutions environments. You should possess: - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Solid understanding of contract specifications, QA/QC, HSE, and programme controls. - Proven ability to manage materials, documentation, and productivity on fast-track projects. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and pressure-handling skills; proactive mindset.
