Chief of Staff Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our leadership team as the Chief of Staff. This pivotal role is responsible for managing strategic projects, facilitating effective decision-making, and assisting in the development and execution of business strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the CEO and executive team to prioritize and execute strategic initiatives. - Foster communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment on goals and objectives. - Oversee the execution of key projects and initiatives, tracking progress and adjusting plans as necessary. - Present reports and updates to the executive team on key performance indicators and business metrics. - Serve as a mentor to other leaders and team members throughout the organization. - Manage internal and external relationships, representing the CEO and executive team as needed. - Drive organizational change and implement best practices that enhance operational efficiency. - Conduct research, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Chief of Staff, Director of Operations, or similar position. - 3+ years of experience in a US startup or tech company, and comfort with fast-paced demanding environment. - Proven experience in managing strategic projects and leading cross-functional teams. - Exceptional leadership and team management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity.
