Project Manager for Value Added Services This role oversees compliance project management, third-party compliance documentation, administrative support, analytics, process optimizations, and regional report configuration. It is essential in supporting the operational needs of the Americas Customs Brokerage, ensuring adherence to compliance policies, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery. Main Responsibilities: 1. Compliance Project Management: Lead projects to ensure regulatory and internal policy adherence. Develop plans, coordinate with stakeholders, monitor progress, and report to senior management. 2. Administrative Support: Assist the Americas Customs Brokerage team with documentation, meetings, records, and report preparation. 3. Analytics and Process Optimization: Analyze data for trends and improvements. Implement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and collaborate across teams for process improvements. 4. Regional Report Configuration: Tailor reports to meet regional needs, ensure data accuracy, and deliver timely insights. Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. 5. Support for Americas Customs Brokerage: Provide operational support, act as liaison, and assist strategic initiatives for growth and excellence. 6. Communication and Collaboration: Promote effective communication within teams and with external partners. Support project alignment and task completion. 7. Ad-hoc Tasks: Conduct data analysis, create dashboards, and assist with process mapping and documentation. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. - Preferred 1 year of project management or related experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams; experience with MS-Project and MS-Visio is a plus. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in English. - Ability to manage multiple tasks collaboratively and interpret data analytically.
