Automation and Commissioning Team Leader Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation and Commissioning Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing an engineer team of automation and commissioning specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, preferably in industrial, electrical, automation, or electronic mechatronics. A master's degree in automation technologies or formal training in project management is also desirable. - Responsibilities: - To coordinate resources to attend both projects and services, as well as cooperation with external offices. - To support, track, and empower each individual member of the team. - To implement and support the strategy defined for the Automation and Commissioning department. - To promote and implement automation standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: - At least 1 year of experience in coordinating small teams. - More than 5 years of experience in automation and commissioning projects for the food and beverage industry. - Knowledge of Siemens, Rockwell, and Wonderware architectures. - Knowledge in MES and DDBB systems. - Knowledge in international automation standards.
