GP Transco Colombia division was recently established as a satellite office to provide direct support to our operations. We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join the logistics team as a Spot Freight Sales Representative. **Duties & Responsibilities**: - Carrier prospecting, qualification, onboarding, compliance, and relationship building. - Rate negotiation and agreements. - Ability to utilize tools and systems in a timely and accurate manner. - Effective and efficient teamwork with internal cross functional teams. - Broker freight within all 48 states with the greatest profit. - Deal directly with CSR’s, sales reps, and carriers in a professional manner. - Exceptional communication skills. - Assist in developing and expanding dedicated carrier base to sustain needed service and revenue levels. **Requirements**: - Minimum 1 year of previous experience in sales - Possess strong communication skills - verbal and written English (C1 level or higher) - Ability to work well under pressure - Ability to multitask efficiently - Professional attitude and team mindset **Schedule**: - Monday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST - Tuesday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST - Wednesday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST - Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST - Working at the office_ **Experience**: - sales: 1 year (required) **Language**: - English (required)
