Responsibilities The Opportunity: The primary goals for this role are to enable and influence growth, manage strong multifunctional teams, execute robust plans, manage relations across functions, ensure fit to strategy, and meet business objectives in the product change agenda. This role will be responsible for Revenue Management initiatives with a focus on closing the gap due to increased prices in commodities. Lead beyond Innovation Projects with SG Process Governance for Multi Category in Andean, initiatives with high impact to the core business such as Revenue Management/Pack price while enabling growth and driving efficiency in all project initiatives. Your Impact: As Commercialization Analyst, your responsibilities would consist of: - 100% Innovation Project planning (MS Project), follow-up, and management. - Assure weekly status and meetings follow-up with Multifunctional Teams to achieve product delivery on time. - Lead and Support IC creation pre-AOP next to local teams and categories ANDEAN. - Lead and align beyond innovations projects to be approved by ANDEAN. - Lead direct alignment with Andean commercial team of innovation performance and project status. Assure Project Status weekly Reports (Task Compliance). - Assure information sharing with marketing, finance, operations, and Revenue Management for Revenue Forums and Cheetah meetings to properly approve the initiatives by Excomm. - Carry Out Capex or other investments needed for Innovation or revenue management projects ANDEAN. - Assure constant alignment with business needs such as Agile Mindset, Speed to Grow, Great5, etc. - Generate Portfolio Management Reports and My Innovation Dashboard. Ensure 100% of initiatives are uploaded in My Innovation including key deliverables to comply with Latam monthly audits. - Fulfill the compliance of annual KPIs including Net Revenue, S2M, and On-Time Launches. - Effectively interact with mid-senior management level across a complex matrix of geographies, categories & functions, influencing the agenda, driving choices, facilitating decision making, risk assessment, and conflict resolution. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education: - Bachelor Degree in Administration or Industrial Engineering. Experience: - 2–3 years in a similar role in a Consumer Goods company. - Multi-project and cross-functional team coordination (2–3 years). - Project development process (a plus). Languages: - English: B2-C1 Intermediate-Advanced (required). Skills: - Project Management (required). - MS Office; MS Project (desired). - People Management - Functional administrative oversight. - Negotiation. - Results Impact: Shared Level I since 0% to 1% GS.
