Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to drive performance-focused management, lead marketing and sales activities, and oversee all operational functions in our high-growth real estate firm. About the Role - Develop and implement KPI dashboards for Marketing, Sales, and Operations. - Identify and track key performance indicators and supporting metrics. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations & KPI Management - Develop and implement KPI dashboards for Marketing, Sales, and Operations. - Identify and track key performance indicators and supporting metrics. - Ensure accountability across internal teams and external partners. - Marketing & Sales Leadership - Lead marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of lead generation. - Manage or coordinate with third-party marketing firms and oversee strategy, copy, and campaign execution. - Provide guidance and oversight to the sales team to ensure leads are effectively converted. - Investor Servicing & Onboarding Optimization - Streamline onboarding processes to reduce manual hours while maintaining compliance. - Coordinate the setup of new investment offerings in the investor portal and CRM. - Oversee investor communications, including newsletters and updates, ensuring timeliness and clarity. Requirements - Strong Operational Management experience, specifically within an investment firm or marketing agency setting. - Proven ability to identify, implement, and manage KPIs to drive performance. - Prior experience managing a team of 3-5 people in a boutique or entrepreneurial environment. - Strong background in marketing and sales management, working in a business-to-consumer setting.
