This isn’t just a "task monkey" admin role. You’ll be owning projects. Leading team members. Setting up tech. Optimizing KPIs. Managing workflows. Streamlining systems. Designing slides. Supporting launches. Making the trains run on time. In short? You’re the wizard behind the curtain. And yes, sometimes that’ll include booking flights, scheduling events, or managing hotel bookings for the CEO. Because when the back-end runs smoothly, the front-end thrives. Requirements We're looking for someone who doesn’t just “tick boxes.” We're after someone who owns outcomes. ✅ Fluent in English – written and spoken. Native or near-native. Non-negotiable. ✅ 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar operations-heavy role. ✅ You eat tech for breakfast – GSuite, Zapier, Canva, HighLevel, Zoom, Funnels, Workflows, SOPs, AI tools, automations, and more. ✅ Systems brain meets creative eye – You can build an SOP, tweak a Canva graphic, and catch a typo in a KPI dashboard— all before lunch. ✅ You get the startup hustle – Deadlines. Moving parts. Priorities shifting. You don't just keep up—you anticipate. ✅ Extreme attention to detail – You don’t miss a comma or a calendar invite. ✅ Project management is second nature – You see gaps before they happen and fill them before they cost us time. ✅ Leadership mindset – You can challenge decisions, improve systems, and speak up when something’s not working.
