We are seeking a seasoned executive for the position of VP Delivery in Digital Business (Head of Delivery Segment). This role strategically oversees operations of 700+ people, focusing on scaling the business. The primary responsibilities include shaping delivery strategies aligned with company goals and contributing to overall corporate strategy. The role reports directly to the C-level (Chief Delivery Officer). Responsibilities: 1. Lead Delivery Organization: - Manage a team of directors to deliver high-quality services to clients. - Develop and implement best practices to improve efficiency and quality. - Drive innovation by exploring and adopting new technologies and tools. - Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within delivery teams. - Be a trusted partner for key clients and support business development: - Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored solutions. - Build and maintain strong client relationships for smooth project delivery and success. - Participate in top-priority pre-sales activities, providing guidance and support. - Work closely with sales and marketing to develop and execute segment strategies. - Keep Intellias at the forefront of technology innovation: - Identify and evaluate emerging technologies applicable to our solutions. - Develop and implement an innovation strategy aligned with business goals. - Stay updated with the latest trends in software engineering to maintain industry leadership. Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Outsourcing within a well-established company (3000+ employees). - Experience managing an engineering organization of 700+ personnel with proven results. - Strong program and portfolio management skills, with Agile project management expertise. - Deep knowledge of modern software engineering technologies, practices, and trends; experience as a solution architect is a plus. - Understanding of Digital business and its IT landscape. - Visionary leadership with entrepreneurial skills and strong management presence. - Strategic planning and execution experience. - Proactive, assertive, and goal-oriented attitude, willing to go the extra mile. - Profound understanding of large IT outsourcing organizational structures and governance. - Experience with business development, sales & marketing, and presale management. - Financial management skills, including P&L; management for large service organizations. - MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related fields; MBA or similar is advantageous. - Fluent in written and spoken English. - Willingness to travel frequently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
