Liderar el equipo de Seguridad de Nordex, velando por el cumplimiento de las normas y estándares por parte de nuestra Compañía y de los Subcontratos. **_YOUR PROFILE_**_:_ - _Ingeniero en Prevención de Riesgos y Medioambiente._ - _Persona multitask, con actitud proactiva, excelente relaciones interpersonales y buen nível de comunicaciones con nuestros clientes internos y externos._ - _Formación y conocimiento ISO 45001-14001y GWO._ - _Ingles nível intermedio-avanzado oral y escrito._ - _Al menos +5 años en un puesto similar._ **_YOUR TASK_**_:_ - Colaborar con el Site Manager en hacer cumplir a todo el personal a su cargo y subcontratado con los requerimientos de Plan de Salud, Salud o cualquier otra normativa y de Medioambiente aplicable al proyecto. - _Liderazgo en la realización de investigación en caso de un accidente e incidentes en Parque y responsable de gestionar los planes de acción, no conformidades y mejora continua._ - Interlocutor con nuestro cliente. - _Formación a los subcontratas en materia de seguridad, salud medio ambiente._ - _Coordinar y organizar a los Técnicos de Seguridad _ - _Gestionar las desviaciones, condiciones inseguras_ - _Asegurase de la realización de la inducción a personal en obra._ Apoyar al HSEQ Manager en toda la documentación relativa de HSE, Plan Ambiental, Plan de Emergencia.
