"> The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of Raffles' personalized and specialty clinical services in the U.S., including concierge programs, executive physicals, diagnostic services, and ambulatory specialty centers. "> This individual will establish world-class service workflows balancing clinical quality, patient experience, and operational efficiency. "> In addition, the Executive Director will ensure facilities are compliant with U.S. federal/state regulations (HIPAA). "> About this Role: "> "> 1. Operations Leadership "> 2. Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in Raffles' U.S. healthcare business. "> 3. Oversee the management of clinical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. "> 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology-enabled care delivery, financial oversight, and performance metrics. "> 5. Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements are met. ">"> 1. Strategic Planning & Service Line Growth "> 2. Develop and implement market-driven strategies to expand Raffles' U.S. presence. "> 3. Analyze market trends and propose new service lines to meet the needs of HNWI and VIP clients. "> 4. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including referring physicians, specialists, and international embassies. "> 5. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of concierge physicians and specialists. ">"> 1. Care Model Integration "> 2. Design and implement systems to ensure continuity of care between family medicine, internal medicine, and key specialties. "> 3.
