We are seeking a skilled Packaging/Carton Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision, creativity, and technical expertise in packaging design. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop folding carton structures to fit specific product dimensions and client requirements - Create dielines and 3D prototypes using ArtiosCAD or Cimex CAD Design - Collaborate with clients and production teams to ensure accurate specs and production readiness - Recommend box styles and materials based on product protection, cost-efficiency, and branding - Maintain organized project files and version control - Optimize structural design for manufacturability and assembly Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in folding carton/structural packaging design - Proficient in ArtiosCAD or Cimex CAD Design - Strong understanding of packaging materials, die-cutting, gluing, and finishing processes - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into packaging solutions Working Schedule: - Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST - Work from home
