Job Characteristics: Responsible for providing technical support to current customers. Expert in equipment installations & performing system analysis. Embodies safety leadership. Accountable for technical service support to customers. Develops others’ understanding based on expertise; Coaches/Mentors other Field Service Reps. Recognized as an expert in a minimum of one area. Education/Work Experience: Secondary Diploma or equivalent required and 4+ years experience in industrial/mechanical environment with Water treatment experience - OR - Technical Degree with at least 1 year experience as an FSR.
