Functions: Sales Team Support: Assist with presentations, proposals, sales reporting, order processing, meeting coordination, and cross-functional communication, coordinate meetings, calls, and travel. Order & Client Management: Accurately p rocess customer orders, monitor their status , and serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and updates. Maintain accurate records and reporting , assist in order and client management, and contribute to delivering a high level of service to both customers and business partners. Data & Reporting: Maintain CRM systems and sales databases, Generate regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for internal stakeholders . Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with finance, marketing, and logistics to ensure aligned sales activities, promotions, and product launches. Administrative Excellence: Manage contracts, pricing documents, and customer files, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.Support promotional activities, product launches, or retail initiatives through administrative coordination.
