Lead thorough discovery and requirements gathering sessions with Professional Services clients to understand their specific use cases and business objectives. Translate these insights into well-defined solution architectures and actionable implementation plans. Design and document comprehensive solution architectures tailored to client needs, aligning with our Professional Services methodologies and best practices. Develop and deliver tangible assets for Professional Services engagements (e.g., proof-of-concepts, custom configurations, integration blueprints) that accelerate client time-to-value and demonstrate the tangible benefits of our platform. Act as a key liaison between Professional Services, Product, and Engineering, channeling client feedback to inform product development and service offerings. Collaborate with Professional Services colleagues and internal teams to streamline delivery processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience. Conduct engaging enablement sessions, workshops, and training programs for Professional Services clients to facilitate successful adoption and maximize their utilization of our technology. Proactively identify and propose creative, scalable technical solutions within the context of Professional Services engagements to address complex client requirements. Leverage your strong web development skills and understanding of web application behavior to investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical challenges encountered during Professional Services implementations and client engagements, ensuring smooth and reliable operations. Required Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role within a Professional Services organization (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, Technical Consultant). Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client needs into effective technical solutions. Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to actively listen, articulate technical solutions, and build rapport. Experience in applying Solution Architecture methodologies within Professional Services engagements (requirements elicitation, solution design documentation, technical implementation guidance). Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, particularly within a Professional Services delivery context. Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced environment, common in Professional Services engagements. Excellent presentation and workshop facilitation skills, crucial for client interactions within Professional Services. Preferred Skills Experience working with diverse enterprise clients within a Professional Services capacity. Experience with Vue.js and experience understanding Python backend solutions. Familiarity with project management methodologies relevant to Professional Services delivery. Experience developing reusable assets and best practices for Professional Services engagements.
