Sales Associate @ Starkflow | Google Ads, Cloud Computing Experience: 5+ years Role & Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day account management of our Paid Social (and/or Search) clients and take full ownership of all account activities. Send updates and conduct calls with the accounts assigned to ensure consistent communication. Ensure that clients are delivering all assets and responses per timeline. Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition, and drive new user acquisition and leads via paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Utilize Facebook Ads Manager, Shopify, Data Studio, and Google Analytics to develop insights and action items intended to increase our clients’ revenues month-over-month. Monitor purchased media to ensure that the advertisements appear as planned across Facebook and Instagram newsfeed. Compile daily, weekly, monthly, and lifetime reports with key performance metrics in Data Studio to quantify results and communicate findings and insights to the client. Prepare advertising schedules and timelines for client onboarding, campaign launch, and ongoing account optimization and maintenance. Develop advertisement copy for Facebook and Instagram campaigns with the ultimate objective of generating action, interest, and/or engagement from the targeted audience. Google search media buying specialist or Paid Social media buying specialist. Skills & Qualifications: You have a Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 1-3 years of paid social media experience within Facebook Ads Manager, working on multiple accounts/campaigns at the same time. You have 1-2 years of minimum experience at different eCommerce or digitally native brands, at a digital marketing agency, or in a social media marketing and/or brand partnerships role. Experience working with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, etc. and understanding their analytics/insights. You have knowledge of online and offline marketing, managing and building community and an active following, creative best practices, and have the ability to be creative. You have good Client services skills and the ability to present your thoughts and presentations effectively. Passion for smart and engaging storytelling, social listening, and creating meaningful or empowering experiences for a diverse audience. Highly organized, detail-oriented and media-savvy. Not required but a plus: experience in PR, digital marketing, online marketing, sweepstakes management, brand partnerships, or similar fields. You are willing to learn and excited to be a part of a fast-moving, digitally native team. You are able to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment and across external and internal teams to deliver top results to Clients.
