Position Overview: We are looking for an Oracle Product Owner to drive standards and governance across all the Oracle HCM systems globally, leading the maintenance and development for all the products/systems/areas. This role will set strategy/architecture direction, IT roadmaps, technical standards, and be a visible business partner, focusing on delivery customer-centric solutions. This role will need to be in the detail, and often act as a business leader, owning data governance, process flows, customer experience, etc. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization's HR Applications. This role requires a deep understanding of HCM processes, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements. Collaborate with business partners to gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into detailed product specifications. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of HCM features and enhancements. Conduct regular reviews and updates of the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects the evolving needs of the business. Provide hands-on guidance on business requirements development, system design, and delivery. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in HCM processes and solutions. Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM, providing support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Experience needed: Bachelor degree in Engineering or relevant technical field preferred, otherwise relevant field experience required. A minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience including experience working in industry. 5+ years of experience as a IT leader with techno-functional hands-on experience with back-office IT SaaS platforms like Oracle ERP. 7+ years of product ownership or equivalent management experience. Prior experience in managing the end-to-end business process and workflow related to various aspects of all areas Workforce Management including payroll, time and labor management, human resources, benefits administration. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to bridge functional and technical resources by communicating effectively with individuals of varying systems expertise and business needs. Strong financial systems expertise. Familiarity Oracle Fusion is a requirement. Experience within the MSP (Managed Service Provider) industry an asset. Proven ability to improve governance, standards, security posture. Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of high complexity. Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates on product progress, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals. A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion. A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements. Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
