Controller of Financial Operations We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Controller of Financial Operations. Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial operations strategies, ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and problem-solving to meet business objectives. - Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles. - Oversee the production of all financial reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance to stakeholders. - Develop and implement internal control frameworks to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. - Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting/finance, including 5 years of managing teams in a regional accounting/finance role. - Experience with global ERP systems, preferably SAP. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) with high fluency required.
