Senior Financial Professional The role of Senior Financial Professional involves managing the financial, systems, and management accounting functions for our Colombia country office. Responsibilities are guided by the needs of the General Manager, Regional Leads, Global Finance, and regulatory authorities in Colombia. This is a Full-Time Permanent Position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Bogota, Colombia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance of the Finance team and will contribute to the strategic and financial direction of our company. Key responsibilities include: - Managing the financial function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. - Leading the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. - Overseeing the management accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. To succeed in this role, you will need: - A strong understanding of financial principles and practices. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to influence others and drive change. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) is preferred.
