Role Overview - As a Product Manager at Nubank, you will be on the front lines of building products essential to our success. Your job will be to ensure we build and deliver the right products to our customers. - You will be involved in the launch of a new product/solution in the Colombian market, a true zero to one opportunity in a high-growth context. - You will face the challenge of leveraging the best of both worlds; solutions already existing in Brazil while keeping flexibility to adapt them to the local context of Colombia and Mexico. - You will be fundamental in coordinating and understanding technical difficulties inherent in this process, ensuring solidity and scalability. - You will be part of a global and innovative team, with a solid foundation of what has already been built and learned in Brazil. Your Responsibilities - Building products with the team to achieve main business objectives and solve customer needs in this new segment. - Ensuring speed and quality of team decisions to maximize impact. - Being involved in every stage of a product's life cycle: product definition, development planning, development monitoring, launching, measuring results, and problem definition. - Communicating and building strong relationships with diverse global and cross-functional teams (such as Design, Engineering, Business Analysts, etc.). - Maintaining strong stakeholder management with internal teams.
