Job Description This role is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and approving Special Price Requests utilizing data analytics generated from DGS within an Industry Affinity model and within Delegation of Authority Limits. As directed by the relevant Global Agreements Manager and with moderate supervision, this individual will utilize standard analytical tools, policies, and procedures to drive data-driven decisions when approving and/or renewing Customer Special Price Agreements. You will report to the Manager, Global Temporary Agreements, GRM. Essential functions : Utilize data-driven analytics via DGS to review and approve special pricing requests within stated Delegation of Authority limits and internal control policies and procedures. Interface with Sales, Distributors, Product, and Business Unit Managers for escalating Special Price Requests and provide data-driven facts to support recommendations. Execute Outlier Management initiatives within guidelines. Analyze data and make pricing recommendations for temporary, project-related agreements. Achieve AOP Price Variance goals. Support Sales in planning and executing negotiations. Leadership : Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions. Exhibit sound judgment in pricing business case reviews within a data-driven culture. Make fact-based recommendations demonstrating pricing acumen. Devise data-supported business cases for escalating pricing recommendations. Act as a change agent when deploying new tools & processes. Communicate and present to all levels of internal and external customers. Work independently and as part of a team to reach goals. Understand global cross-border selling issues (FX, Duties, etc.). Demonstrate knowledge of distribution channels. Minimum Education Requirements : At least 3 years of general experience in similar roles. Advanced English level. Preferred Education : Data Analysis, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Finance. Preferred Experience : Data analysis and modeling within an industrial B2B environment or equivalent educational/job experience. Sales or Product Management experience.
