**What you’ll do**: - Advance knowledge and implementation experience of inbound marketing strategies.- Ability to do research for market analysis and audience research- Buyer’s personas and buyer’s journey mapping- - Configure advertising platforms and set up campaigns.- Monitor, track, and evaluate campaign performance analytics.- Manage multiple clients simultaneously while optimizing towards individual performance goals.- Test the performance of ad creative, landing page design, beta opportunities, and other campaign elements to improve results.- Posting and distributing content on a variety of online channels.- Social media monitoring, trends, and advertising opportunity tracking.- Put together digital ad reporting and marketing analyses for client meeting decks/presentations. **Requirements**: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish- Minimum of 4 years of marketing agency experience in the following areas: Inbound marketing, paid social media and search advertising campaign execution.- Self-starter and can work with minimum supervision.- Team player with a can-do attitude.- Good knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing. **What we can offer you**: - A great team to work with (4.9/5 employee Net promoter score)- Latest MarTech and resources to work with- Working in an established and already successful company- Work from home option and internet subsidy **Watch us in action
