Main Tasks: - Develop and implement HR plans that align with our business objectives. - Build and manage a high-performing HR team, ensuring excellent service delivery. - Collaborate with stakeholders to drive cultural transformation and improve employee engagement. - Provide expert guidance on people-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. - Manage labor relations, including negotiation and dispute resolution. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Law or a related field. - At least 6 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a senior HR role within a high-growth or scaling organization. - Proven success in optimizing HR functions, addressing recruitment and retention challenges, and leading cultural transformation. - Fluent in spoken and written English. - Results-oriented, hands-on and proactive.
