Answer tickets, troubleshoot software issues, and guide clients through processes. Review documentation, solve tariff-related questions, and keep things running smoothly. Build strong, positive relationships with our clients. What we’re looking for: English B2+ Basic IT knowledge (OS, networks, firewalls). Back-office experience is a plus. Great communication, problem-solving skills, and a team-player mindset.
