Responsibilities - Provide support for store setup, including ordering and logistics of materials (furniture, fixtures, surveillance systems, POS hardware, landline phones, receipt printers, customer counters, etc.). - Maintain store information in the reverent system: new store account applications, routine updates, adding stores to , creating Google Business profiles, etc. - Plan and execute routine maintenance of existing store appearances. - Store contracts management. - Partner's Deposit management. - New Store Submition and information sharing. - Store closure process follow-up. - Manage insurance applications and claims for new retail direct stores. - Collect and fulfill material requests (uniforms, shopping bags, etc.) Store Support - Maintain and troubleshoot systems (Xiaomi Retailer, RMS, Xiaomi Office). - Provide network support and maintenance for stores. - System maintenance and system usage training. - Coordinate cash/payment processes and new store opening training.
