Sales Account Executive – DACH – GTM strategy, Quantum Computing, Software, Algorithms One of my leading customers are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join their team and take responsibility for driving the growth of their innovative quantum computing start-up the DACH region. This company create software that makes quantum useful. They solve real industry problems, thanks to revolutionary algorithms, embedded in software solutions. With over 200 customers signed up to their platform, providing solutions with no quantum know-how required. Responsibilities for this role include: International lead generation (inbound and outbound activities) with a focus on markets in the DACH regionDevelopment and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy, aligned with company goalsDriving the entire sales cycle of products, including MVPs (algorithms as a service, platform memberships) and Proof of Concept projectsBuilding strong relationships with executives, R&D; specialists, and project managers at target customersExperience required: At least two years of sales experience in an early-stage startup or deep-tech environmentTrack record of managing and closing complex deals (with sales cycles ranging from 3 to 12 months and deal sizes between €50,000 and €500,000)Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect effectively with clients, partners, and stakeholdersStart-up mentally and outlookExperience in the international Quantum Computing or Software sector industry would be an advantageFluency in German and English is requiredIn regards to location, being based in Germany, Switzerland or Austria would be ideal, but remote work is also possible.
