Key Responsibilities: Develop custom WordPress themes from Photoshop and/or Figma designs. Update and enhance existing WordPress themes and templates Ensure adherence to client brand guidelines Design and implement responsive front-end experiences Create site architecture and manage content structuring Integrate and configure plugins to enhance functionality Monitor, test, and optimize website performance Troubleshoot bugs and content issues across browsers and devices Apply UX/UI best practices to deliver intuitive, user-centric solutions Work closely with: Developers to align on coding standards and project structure Designers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementatio Optimization strategists to support CRO and business goals Attend and engage in video calls. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience 3+ years of professional WordPress development experience Strong proficiency in: - HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript - PHP and WordPress architecture Experience using debugging tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools) Experience with version control tools (preferably Git) Comfortable extracting and implementing designs directly from Figma or Photoshop Strong understanding of web performance and responsive design English fluency (minimum B2 level) Excellent communication and time management skills Meticulous attention to detail and pride in your work Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
