Our client, a company in the pharmaceutical and botanical products manufacturing sector, is seeking a Head of Sales, to lead its international commercial strategy and drive business growth in global markets. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields such as Process Engineering or Food Engineering • Over 8 years of experience in commercial roles, including at least 4 years leading teams and managing budgets in the food & beverage, pharmaceutical, or related industries • Strong background in international B2B sales • Technical knowledge of fats, oils, fatty acids, and chemical processes applied to the food or pharmaceutical sectors • Advanced English proficiency (fluent in both spoken and written communication) • Valid U.S. visa required Objective of the role: To develop and implement commercial expansion strategies for finished products in international markets, strengthen relationships with key clients, ensure sales budget compliance, and represent the company in strategic industry forums.
