At least 2 years of experience in outbound tele-sales of intangible products. Basic proficiency in Office (Excel and Word), CRM, and Microsoft Teams (sharing screen). Passion for understanding client needs and providing solutions (consultative listening and sales). Ambitious, persistent, with effective negotiation and closing skills.
