What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of proven experience in English-speaking call centers 2+ years of continuous experience in U.S. healthcare customer service (preferred) Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver Strong conflict resolution and customer engagement skills Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (a plus!) Additional Key Skills We Value: Active listening – Understand clients’ needs and concerns beyond the surface. Empathy & patience – Guide clients with care, especially in sensitive healthcare matters.
