**Brand & Customer Experience Coordinator Role** At Teravision Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Brand & Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. This is a fully remote position that requires 40 hours of work per week in any timezone. As a Brand & Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for shaping and amplifying the company's positioning across all customer journeys and market touchpoints. This role combines strategic brand management with the execution of relationship-focused initiatives, ensuring the brand is clearly communicated and consistently experienced by both existing clients and new audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual and verbal identity. - Develop and execute campaigns and client engagement initiatives, including events, surveys, and advocacy programs. - Plan and produce content across various channels, including blog posts, email, social media, internal communications, and sales collateral. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, growth, and C-level teams to deliver cohesive brand communication. - Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality assets on time. Requirements: - Proven experience in brand strategy and positioning across multi-channel customer journeys. - Strong content planning and production skills. - Proficient in developing sales collateral such as decks, one-pagers, and case studies. - Solid project management abilities. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
