Key responsibilities: Marketing (60%): • Create and schedule content across social media platforms. • Draft and distribute newsletters and press releases. • Conduct market research and summarize findings. • Collect visuals from events and team activities. • Maintain and update website content. • Respond to inbound website inquiries. • Assist the sales team with deal pipeline progression. • Manage administrative tasks to support sales operations. • Schedule Zoom meetings and site inspections. • Track sales timelines and key metrics. • Keep the CRM system accurate and current. • Reference existing playbooks for sales and M\&A tasks. Qualifications: • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing coordination or sales support role. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent written English, especially for newsletters and social posts. • Familiarity with Canva and CRM tools (training provided if needed). • Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. • Good skills with video editing for social or marketing content. Nice-to-Haves: • Experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms. • Prior use of CRMs in a sales setting (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). • Background in market research or data analysis. • Familiarity with basic website CMS tools (e.g., WordPress). • Experience editing short videos or reels for social media.
