Support Sauce's fast-growing Marketplace and Direct teams by scaling lifecycle efforts across segmentation, dynamic audience creation, triggered flows, experimentation, and performance analysis. - Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Translate behavioral, transactional, and market-level data into usable audience lists - Campaign Planning & Execution: Strategize and launch high-impact Marketplace and Direct campaigns from concept through copy, design, testing, and scheduling - Lifecycle Journey Design: Build triggered flows for things like onboarding, winback, and seasonal events - Experimentation & Optimization: Constantly test subject lines, content, CTAs, timing, and format Ensure seamless integration with ESP tooling, including SendGrid, Klaviyo, Iterable, or Braze. Use campaign insights to launch repeatable playbooks that scale efficiently. To succeed in this role, you'll need 2-4 years of hands-on lifecycle or email marketing experience, including ownership of ESP tooling, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
