We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated **IT Desktop Support** to join our team remotely from anywhere in Latin America at Devsu. As an IT Desktop Support, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge tasks, leverage your expertise, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. **Requirements**: Technical Skills: - Operating Systems Knowledge: Experience and proficiency in the installation, configuration, and support of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems. - Cloud Services Administration: Basic knowledge of AWS and GCP for managing and supporting cloud resources. - Internal Management Tools: Experience with management tools for time tracking and productivity. - Extensive Network Knowledge: Solid understanding of networking concepts, including configuration and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls. Soft Skills: - Remote Support: Capability to provide efficient technical support to a fully remote workforce using remote access tools and support software. - Problem Solving: Skill in diagnosing and resolving technical issues effectively and quickly. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with users of varying technical skill levels. - Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and support requests simultaneously, prioritizing based on urgency and impact.
