The role you will be responsible for daily execution of planning, activation, post-analysis, and conciliation tasks of advertising campaigns in different media for high-profile clients of the Agency. You will support the Agency's operation in an efficient, timely, organized, and error-free manner. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing data, thinking creatively, and designing innovative strategies to reach client marketing campaigns' target audience effectively. - Working closely with clients to understand their needs, desires, and objectives and determining which media channels best fit specific campaigns. - Assessing the impact and suitability of different media types used to target specific markets based on client needs and goals. - Developing various options for media plans based on client objectives. - Analyzing post-campaign results and recommending refinements. - Interacting with internal and external partners to evaluate, implement, and maintain a media plan. You will need: - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or any relevant field. - English Level C1. - Minimum 3 years of experience in planning campaigns, working with traditional and digital marketing campaigns. - Strong communication skills. - Result-oriented skills. - Attention to details skills. - Analytical skills. - Strong teamwork and client orientation skills to help the team grow. - Advance Excel knowledge. - Intermediate project management skills.
