Key Responsibilities: Marketing Collateral & Event Design – Create event graphics, signage, sales one-pagers, pitch decks, print ads, and promotional materials that align with campaign objectives and resonate with end-users’ motivations and pain points. Web & Landing Page Design – Own landing page wireframes and high-fidelity UI for websites, microsites, and conversion-focused landing pages; champion usability heuristics, accessibility, and friction-free flows. Branding & Re-brand Initiatives – Lead visual discovery, mood boards, logo refinement, color/typography systems, and brand-style guides that authentically express a brand’s purpose and connect with its audiences. Video & Motion – Storyboard, edit, and produce short-form video assets for product launches, event recaps, and paid social, always ensuring narrative clarity and emotional impact. UX & Design QA – Partner with strategists and developers to validate usability, conduct quick user feedback loops or hallway tests, and iterate based on data and qualitative insights. Must-Have Qualifications: - 5+ years professional design experience in an agency or in-house team. - Demonstrated expertise applying human-centered design frameworks (e.g., user journeys, JTBD, empathy mapping) to marketing challenges. - Robust portfolio showing: - Event & promotional collateral - Responsive website and landing-page design - Brand identity systems and re-brand rollouts - Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). - Proven track record collaborating with cross-functional teams (strategy, dev, video, demand gen) under tight deadlines. - Fluency in design fundamentals—typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy—and how these drive both user satisfaction and business KPIs. Bonus Points: - Motion graphics and video-editing chops (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci). - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to facilitate smooth hand-offs. - Experience designing for SaaS or high-growth tech companies. - Familiarity with CRO, A/B testing, or analytics platforms (e.g., Hotjar, GA4, Optimizely). - Comfort leading workshops or client presentations that surface user insights and align stakeholders around them.
