What You'll Do Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Identify and prioritize new market opportunities and expansion areas. Lead Generation and Sales Support: Drive lead generation initiatives, qualify prospects, and support the sales team in closing deals. Identify high-value clients and partnerships to increase revenue streams. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Market Analysis and Competitive Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Provide data-driven recommendations for product development and positioning. Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and objectives. Prepare regular reports on business development performance, goals, and insights. Skills And Abilities Sales and Negotiation: Strong ability to close deals and negotiate favorable terms. Excellent understanding of sales cycles and strategies. Market Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends, market research, and competitor analysis. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities. Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify new opportunities and align them with organizational goals. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Solid understanding of analytics and business development software. Other Requirements Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Travel Availability: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and networking events. Languages: Proficiency in English is a plus.
