**Job Description**: **Work arrangement**:This role is categorized as hybrid in **Bogotá, Colombia.** **The Role** As a Jr. Financial Operations Analyst, the main challenge of the role will be to be in charge of monitoring the billing process (vehicles, components and vehicle parts) to ensure compliance with the arrival of shipments to their destination in the regions where General Motors operates. **Key Responsabilities** - Maintain a high level of service to clients and suppliers, in the billing process, ensuring all related information and documentation is provided. - Invoice monthly the Back Office service of the corresponding entities. - Prepare credit/debit notes according to the transactions carried out with clients and suppliers when required. - Control the monthly shipping plan, which serves as input for the closing and forecasting processes. - Preparation of purchase/sale provisions for the closing of the month. - Review and request changes to purchase orders invoiced to the marketer - Create and update Sales orders for the Marketing Company. - Record purchases supplied by sources on a daily basis in the SAP system. - Record in the SAP system the cost of sales for sales to the Trading Company's customers on a daily basis. - Establish communication channels with suppliers and customers, as well as align operational requirements for each new business flow. - Provide support to the different implementations of new flows for companies. - Support the adaptation of the SAP system for operation, billing and reporting according to the requirements of each business flow. - Ensure compliance with the inventory policy. - Request and process the expansion and creation of materials for the Marketing Company. LI-KR2 **Additional Job Description**: **Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)** - Professionals graduated in Economic Sciences, Industrial Engineering or related careers. - + 6 months experience in similar positions related to billing, logistics, or finance. - English: Intermediate Level - Office Package: Intermediate Level - Autonomy Professional - Interpersonal relationship management - Analytical thinking - Global perspective Public presentation - Availability to work hybridly in our offices located in El Salitre, Bogotá, Colombia. **Desirable skills** - Knowledge of Power BI and SAP system management will be an advantage.
