Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. Key Roles and Responsibilities - Qualify and prioritize incoming support requests (tickets, calls, emails) - Route requests to the most suitable support teams based on scope and urgency - Monitor ticket queues, perform daily checks, and manage support mailboxes - Provide Level 1 support for selected applications and infrastructure issues - Occasionally contribute to Level 2 support tasks as skills and experience grow - Document procedures and maintain accurate and up-to-date ticket notes About You We are looking for candidates with: - At least 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or multi-client Level 1 environment - Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory - Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience with ticketing tools - Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills - A collaborative mindset and proactive attitude - Broad understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, systems, etc.) Benefits - Competitive salary and benefits package - 100% remote work arrangement with optional travel - Challenging environment with cutting-edge technologies - Opportunities for professional growth and development Why Work With Us?
