**Business Development Representative** **Location: Colombia** **Market: USA** **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Essential Functions**: **Roles & Responsibilities** - Manage the initial sales cycle from prospection to lead qualification for acquiring new suppliers and demand partners - Create and maintain a CRM database of current and potential partners (publishers & clients) - Manage sales insight reports and dashboards with quantitative and qualitative analysis - Perform administrative tasks for onboarding new clients (Order Management) - Assist the Business Leader with month-end closing with reporting and data entry duties. - Perform the initial set up of new onboarded publishers & clients. **Position Type/Expected Hours of Work** This is a full time position. **Required Education and Experience** - 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing required. - Data analytics studies, business administration degree, economics degree or related studies - could be studying - English Proficiency - this is a must - Advance excel knowledge (Vlookups, If Functions, Formulas, etc) - Aptitude and a preference for working in collaborative teams - Good attention to detail and strong analysis skills - Capacity to adapt to change, proactivity and ability to learn - Strong communication and people skills (working directly with partners) - Ability to Work under pressure and prioritize projects - Knowledge of digital ad ecosystem and familiarity with ad platforms and tools - ideal to have **Other Duties** Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
