Join us in shaping our future—and yours. **What will you do** The Sr. Director position will be a critical part of the portfolio of Enterprise Programs, a set of highly complex, multi-year business and technology transformation initiatives that will modernize our end-to-end Supply Chain and Finance digital capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ecosystem, standardizing our core business processes across Supply Chain, Market and Financial Operations, and enabling our integrated data strategy. The key responsibility of this role is to analyze, recommend and deploy new features and/or enhancements to define the business requirements aligned to global process and then partnering to translate business needs into prioritized user stories. This individual is responsible for understanding the Kenvue’s end-to-end global processes across supply chain, finance, procurement and market, review and recommend product features, and monitor the product backlog to ensure proper support to meets organizational goals and objectives. The OneS4 Business Product Lead collaborates with the global process owners to analyze, recommend and deploy standards and leading practices, streamlining workflows, analyzing efficiency, and enhancing user experience. This leader uses their extensive knowledge of operations and finance leading practices and the SAP S/4 HANA product to drive roadmaps, art of the possible conversations, and supports the OneS4 global team to set vision and strategy to drive continual improvement. **Primary Responsibilities** 1. Coordinate and project manage the design, implementation, and optimization of the Kenvue OneS4 global template across Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Market. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify areas for process improvement; translating business needs into actionable product design, workflows, features and user stories. 3. Create and maintain a prioritized backlog of features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and urgency through a robust Demand Intake and Management process. 4. Facilitate required testing cycles inclusive of Business Simulation Testing (BST) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), partnering with Tech Quality to define acceptance criteria and ensure delivered features meet the required quality standards, and provide training to end-users to ensure adoption and value realization. Qualifications **Qualifications** 1. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree **required** 3. Minimum of 10 years of Program Management leadership experience on large complex business transformation programs **required,**one of which being a large-scale ERP implementation 4. Demonstrable understanding of Supply Chain and/or Financial Process Operations **required** 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions is required 6. Strong communication skills, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms is required 7. Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with demonstrable ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired result 8. Ability to lead and facilitate design workshops (Blueprint), assessments and planning sessions for cross functional topics 9. Certification in areas of expertise (e.g., PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma /Process Excellence, etc.) is **helpful** 10. **Requires**Travel: up to 50% domestic and international.
