**Minimum qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products and platforms. - Experience hiring, managing, and leading teams. - Experience in executive-level sales or consulting in cloud based (SaaS) technologies. **Preferred qualifications**: - Experience in reaching and exceeding business goals in the technology industry with SaaS products. - Experience in Go-To-Market Development Strategy. - Experience defining marketing campaigns or business support in developing product, solution messaging, narratives, and value propositions. - Ability to effectively operate with enthusiasm and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment. - Effective cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills. - Excellent organizational and project management skills. **About the job**: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the organization to reimagine the future of work in the Latin American Multi Country market (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Central America, Caribe) enabled by the digital capabilities of Google Workspace and Google Cloud. You will manage a team focused on bringing onboard new customers and maintaining and growing our current Google Workspace customer base. You will be a business professional who is prepared to support our customers, operate in an entrepreneurial environment, and be comfortable navigating ambiguity. You will be a leader for Google’s innovation in the cloud space and you will leverage this knowledge of our offerings to become an advisor to companies. Work to maximize business results and open opportunities with enterprise customers. - Explore and understand customer requirements on both a business and technical level. - Manage an account management team focused on executive-level engagements coupled with scale and growth opportunities.
