What you'll do: - Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using PHP (preferably with Laravel or Symfony). - Support .NET-based applications and services when needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Write clean, efficient, and testable code. - Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers. - Contribute to architectural discussions and help define best practices. What you bring: - 5+ years of experience in backend development using PHP. - Solid understanding of at least one modern PHP framework (Laravel, Symfony, etc.). - Experience or strong familiarity with .NET/C# technologies. - Understanding of API design and integration (RESTful services, microservices architecture). - Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Git. - A problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills. - English proficiency (B2+ level). Nice to have: - Experience in fintech, banking, or payment platforms. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
