What You’ll Do: Reporting to the Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager, the AP/AR Clerk will be responsible for financial, administrative, and customer support tasks, including: - Managing timely collections from clients via phone, email, and video calls. - Building and maintaining strong business relationships with customers. - Applying payments and monitoring account aging and credit limits. - Handling reconciliations, claims, and queries with the Operations team. - Sending weekly customer statements and maintaining accurate records. - Supporting the team with process improvements and special projects. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally in freight forwarding for ocean and air shipments. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. - ERP system experience, particularly CargoWise (preferred but not required). - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving mindset and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
